We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled Construction Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, capable of handling various construction tasks, including framing, stucco, bathroom renovation, painting, cabinet installation, and concrete pouring. If you are a skilled tradesperson with a passion for quality workmanship, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform framing, stucco application, and drywall installation.
  • Execute bathroom renovations, including plumbing and tiling.
  • Conduct painting, both interior and exterior, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Install cabinets and other fixtures with accuracy.
  • Perform concrete pouring and finishing work.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a variety of construction tasks, including framing, stucco, bathroom renovation, painting, cabinet installation, and concrete pouring.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, tools, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
