Main responsibilities for Junior Sales Representatives:
  • Master product knowledge, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Enhance communication/relationship-building skills
  • Learn training systems and techniques to bring quality to the customer and the client
  • In-person promotional sales
  • Management training and people development
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses for new and existing customers for our clients
  • Providing positive/friendly customer service

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY-LEVEL EMPLOYMENT:
  • Goal-driven, competitive, and ambitious
  • Punctual, organized, professional attitude
  • Ability to thrive independently but most importantly collaborate with a team
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Self-motivation and self-management
  • Ability to identify personal strengths and weaknesses to set goals accordingly
  • 2+ years of direct customer experience (customer service, hospitality, sales, marketing, retail, restaurant, etc)
  • A 4-year degree is preferred (but will not disqualify with proper experience)
