What You'll Do: 


  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand our client base through innovative lead generation activities.  
  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients, conduct meetings, and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our staffing solutions  
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.  
  • Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay updated on trends and developments.  
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with account management and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless process for placing educators in client institutions.  
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.  
  • Performance Tracking: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.  
  • CRM Management: Oversee CRM system management to ensure accurate and up to date client information and sales activity tracking. 
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with vendors to develop and implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns utilizing email marketing and social media campaigns. 
  • Compliance and Integrity: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, fostering a culture of integrity within the team.  
  • Lead and Inspire: Build, mentor, and train a team of dedicated sales representatives, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.  

  

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to team members, clients, and senior management. 
  • Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices with strong analytical skills. 
  • TechSavvy: Ability to leverage technology to enhance sales processes and team productivity. 
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing or education sector. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Experience in managing a diverse team and fostering a collaborative work environment. 
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and preparing reports. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. 
  • Basic understanding of financial principles related to sales forecasting and budgeting. 

  

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel is required to meet with clients and present solutions.
