Pride Health is hiring an HR Project Manager for one of its clients in Massachusetts.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Location – Boston, Massachusetts (02118)

Length of assignment – 3 months (Possibility of an extension)

Pay range - $45- $50 per hour.

Shift – Monday - Friday

Job Summary

This position will function as the HR, Project Manager with responsibility in providing leadership in project and program management. Maintain all appropriate project and program deliverables and responsibilities for a variety of projects and programs across Human Resources including but not limited to the Occupational Health Clinic. This role is responsible for designing, refining, and implementing innovative projects and programs. This role has a strategic and administrative function, and the individual must be able to wear both hats and pivot at a moment’s notice.

Job Duties

·         Project Responsibilities 70% -

·         Provide leadership in project and program management.

·         Serve as the Project lead/ writer/editor on key projects and initiatives.

·         Develop, design, and execute various projects and programs across the Human Resources department and organization-wide

·         Identify and execute other projects that will bring value & efficiency to the teams.

·         Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

·         Attend and participate in planning meetings with leaders from across the business and HR and provide project updates

·         Understand and review metrics to demonstrate the impact of the program and monitor progress making adjustments as necessary

·         Administrative Duties 30% -

·         Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and the calendar for all Occupational Health programs.

·         Coordinate administrative aspects of programs, and track and report activity to plan milestones.

·         Track expenditures to budget, and process invoices & expense claims.

·         Create and maintain departmental reports.

·         Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients

-         Develop and help refine presentations for a wide range of HR deliverables and functions

-         Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Associate degree required with experience in HR.

·         Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred.

·         A minimum of 5 years of experience is needed in HR and an office environment.

·         Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

·         High level of personal initiative to achieve goals and objectives. Self-starter, requiring little to no supervision.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changes, and manage competing demands.

·         Excellent presentation, oral and written skills

·         Problem solver — individual identifies and resolves problems promptly and gathers and analyzes information.

·         Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

·         Experienced with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and Healthstream.

·         Experienced with SharePoint & websites.
