HR Project Manager:

Our client is looking for an HR Project Manager to join their team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a hybrid position.


HR Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement improved HR programs.
  • Lead project planning/management ensuring timely progress and quality results.
  • Maintain project schedules ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor metrics to ensure efficiency and successful outcome of programs.
  • Present project status updates/reports to leadership and participate in planning meetings.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and budget/expense management.


HR Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive project planning/management experience.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Organized and deadline-driven with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task competing tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
