This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant/Receptionist at Shaheen Law Group. The role involves handling phone calls, managing receptionist duties, utilizing clerical skills, effective communication with clients and colleagues, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Have great phone etiquette and communication skills
Be able to greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls and messages
Manage a high-volume office email account
Schedule appointments and manage attorney court calendars
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
Transcribe notes and correspondence
Assist with general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Administrative, personal assistant, or receptionist experience preferred
Strong customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Attention to Detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous legal or professional office setting experience is a plus
Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent
