Executive Assistant

Seeking hard-working, personable executive assistant to be the master of my email/ Outlook and time/Calendar to the Principal Attorney at a fast-paced law practice focusing in Food, Farm and Family. This could be a full or part-time position (if efficient with time).
Needs to help principal attorney reach Inbox Zero twice a day, handle emails, make appointments and protect the CEO's time. Looking for someone with prior experience as an executive assistant who has organization skills to help manage a volume of time-sensitive and confidential emails. Prior experience with a law firm is not required but would be helpful.
Pay is commensurate on experience. Paid holiday time after 6 months. Vacation and health insurance available for full-time employees only. Matching 401k up to 3%.
Looking for the right person for a long-term fit. If local, can work in office. Can work hybrid or fully remote.
