We are a small business of 25 employees looking for a goal-oriented candidate to fill a full-time administrative position. Convenient Kenner location near Williams Blvd. and West Esplanade Ave.

The candidate would assist the administrative department in daily tasks, reports, and needs of the department. Including data entry, posting of payments, answering incoming calls. The candidate would also provide excellent service to our client's customers and patients pertaining to the collection of balances owed, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.

One year experience required in an office environment. (a plus if experience is in finance, collection agency, collection law firm, medical office, banking, hospital patient financial services, call center, telemarketing, accounts receivable department, savings & loan, credit union or collections department).

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the supervisor in daily tasks
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Data entry, filing and record keeping
  • Posting of payments

Position Requirements:

  • Must have excellent telephone and verbal communications skills.
  • Accuracy with numbers and data entry.
  • Experience in Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail.
  • Someone who will take initiative and be proactive.
  • High School graduate or GED.
