We are currently seeking a Senior Case Manager with life insurance experience. This candidate will have the desire to excel and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: application and risk assessment, case management, quality assurance, and providing end to end guidance in all phases of the New Business/Underwriting process.

Responsibilities:

· Receives and reviews Life Insurance applications to ensure all forms, signatures, and requirements w accounted for prior to submission to insurance carriers.

· Orders and reviews underwriting requirements including APS, exams, and supplemental requirements.

· Prioritizes workload to ensure case is processed, issued, and placed inforce in a timely manner with frequent outbound phone and e-mail communication to manage customer expectations.

· Proactively managing our life insurance case management process which requires frequent communication and coordination among life insurance advisors, insurance carriers and other third-party vendors that are integral to the insurance underwriting process.

Requirements:

· Life Insurance experience of at least 3-5+ years; previous or current experience working with high level producing agents

· Ability to multi-task

· Must be organized, detail-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

· Strong interpersonal skills, including effective oral and written communication.

· A desire for growth, with a positive, proactive approach and a passion for delivering quality service.

· Adept business and financial acumen.

· Willingness and ability to work in a small business environment with a team-first culture.
