Enterprise Community Manager & Program Manager
The team are currently seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic program manager for a role split between two programs, 50/50.

Enterprise Community Assistant to manage operations for our communities of top-tier customers.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular webinars
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes including backend data updates
• Manage all member requests
• Maintain an inclusive, positive, and professional community atmosphere
• Identify automation opportunities for recurring operational tasks
• Assist with other activities as needed, such as preparation for semi-annual in-person community event

Program Management Data Analysis and Operations for Customer Advisory Program
• Plan, execute and document the standardization process to review customer validation prior to adding to Customer Programs pipeline.
• Source content and set up logistics for internal team programs
• Prepare the decks for the internal rhythm of business updates with the leadership team and provide logistics execution
• Trend capture across the organization and reporting to the program office lead for planning and action.

Skills required.
1. Information Management: Proficiently handle various data sources, information streams, and engagements, and transform them into program-specific intellectual property.
2. Adaptability: Decipher meaning from any unclear directives and identify relevant courses of action.
3. Reporting Proficiency: Connect information dots and generate relevant program reports summarizing activities.
4. Interpersonal: A bias for engaging with others to gather information and clarify uncertainties.
5. Familiarity with Dynamics Power platform is desirable.

Experiences
1. Experience working as a program / project manager preferably in a large enterprise.
2. Experience of working across time zones with the ability to build relationships remotely.
3. Experience of consolidating data from sources like PowerBi and excel and presenting in PowerPoint.
