Under the direction of the Program Director, the Clinical Program Manager of the Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment Program is responsible for providing administrative, clinical, operational, fiscal, and consultative input and leadership to support the Program Director. The Residential Treatment Program provides intensive group and individual counseling to adults diagnosed with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders within a beautiful, historic, Victorian, 16-bed residential treatment setting serving both men and women, 18 years and older. This position supervises the day-to-day activities and staff of one or more functional areas and performs related work as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD/PsyD
- Must have at least two years of experience working in mental health and substance recovery treatment, with strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, and commitment to the tenants of harm reduction services.
- Must have 2 years of experience supervising clinicians and case managers in a similar therapeutic program.
- Must be able to pass community care licensing criteria for employees of residential care facilities, and pass the Federal Background check, including a fingerprint check.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, personal auto insurance as required by law, and an MVR sufficient to obtain and reasonably maintain insurability under agency auto liability policies are essential job requirements.
