Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

About the Role:
As our Senior Performance Growth Marketing, you'll be at the helm of our performance marketing program, steering the development and execution of innovative strategies that propel our business forward. Your mission: to support daily marketing activities, unearth new opportunities through data and insights, and explore fresh channel opportunities that keep us ahead of the curve. Your expertise in testing new strategies, prioritizing tasks, and pivoting as needed will be essential to our success.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategy Development
• Craft and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify and evaluate new acquisition opportunities while fine-tuning campaign optimization strategies with the team.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure our marketing strategies align with company goals.
Budget Management
• Oversee the performance marketing budget to ensure resources are optimally allocated.
• Track spending and ROI, making adjustments to maximize returns.
• Monitor performance KPIs daily/weekly, optimizing and course-correcting as needed.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a talented team of marketers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Cultivate a data-driven environment that encourages continuous improvement in content quality and execution speed.
Program Ownership
• Juggle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and peak performance.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet business objectives and maximize impact.
• Stay flexible to adapt to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities.
• Report performance metrics to senior leadership.
Collaboration & Partnership
• Manage relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Analytics, Design/Creative, Engineering, and Product Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Skills
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to define a roadmap and adjust strategies as needed.
• Creative problem solver who thinks outside the box and tests new, innovative approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical prowess with a history of using data to drive actionable insights and decisions.
• Ownership mindset with a "get-stuff-done" attitude.
• Preferred familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI).
• Preferred experience with advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in growth marketing in e-commerce (preferably B2B) with a track record of driving growth.
• 2+ years’ experience as a people manager.
• Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing with a proven track record of delivering qualified leads and results.
