Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: Monday – Friday during normal business hours
Pay Range: $70-$73 per hour, based on experience
Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Benefits Administration Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in providing strategic leadership and support in two major areas: Immigration Special Projects (25%) and Benefits Administration Lead (75%). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration of employee benefits, retirement plans, and special projects related to immigration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make significant contributions to our organization by improving processes, enhancing employee resources, and leading key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Immigration Special Projects (25%):
- Conduct voice of the customer feedback sessions to gather insights from foreign nationals.
- Compile and analyze feedback to identify essential information for employees new to the U.S.
- Create a resource guide for foreign nationals to expedite their assimilation into their new home location.
- Explore and potentially establish a foreign national employee resource group or network, including an onboarding buddy system.
Benefits Administration Lead (75%):
- Take primary responsibility for the administration of benefits and retirement plans.
- Lead vendor management to ensure seamless process flow and timely data exchanges.
- Identify opportunities to mitigate manual work and implement efficient solutions.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) using the Atmus SOP template.
- Draft new content for the AskMe portal; respond to queries and lead resolution of employee issues.
- Manage 401k contributions and reconciliations, including resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Benefits Administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of benefit and retirement plan administration.
- Experience with vendor management and process improvement.
- Ability to draft clear and concise documents, including SOPs and resource guides.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer feedback sessions.
- Knowledge of 401k contributions, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Experience working with foreign nationals or on immigration-related projects is a plus.
