Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to become a part of our team You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
  • Order and replace broken parts or equipment
  • Maintain a clean and a safe work space
  • Perform other duties, as assigned 
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the maintenance team to ensure a high level of productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the facility's equipment and systems are properly maintained.
  • Oversee equipment repairs, troubleshoot and diagnose electrical or mechanical problems, and ensure timely and cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Create and manage a preventative maintenance program to reduce downtime and minimize equipment failures.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices.
  • Ensure the maintenance team adheres to all safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed for maintenance and repair projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair history.
  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure necessary components are readily available.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the maintenance department.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle physical workload
