What are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician professional to join our team. As Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance activities , ensuring the efficient operation of our apartment complex properties. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Address and resolve all maintenance issues, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
  • Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and repairing/replacing any fixtures or appliances as necessary.
  • Proactively respond to work order requests submitted by tenants of our property and handle interactions with all tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property’s grounds, including trash removal, snow removal, and landscaping tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with property management to prioritize maintenance needs and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements for this role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
  • Bilingual is preferred, but Spanish speaking only are encouraged to apply as well.

    Buscamos un profesional de mantenimiento capacitado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Técnico de Mantenimiento, serás responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento, asegurando el funcionamiento eficiente de nuestras propiedades de apartamentos. Esta es una posición a tiempo completo que ofrece un salario competitivo y beneficios.


    Responsabilidades para este rol:

  • Abordar y resolver todos los problemas de mantenimiento, incluyendo pero no limitado a HVAC, plomería, electricidad, carpintería y electrodomésticos.
  • Asistir en la preparación de unidades vacantes para nuevos residentes, incluyendo pintura, limpieza y reparación/reemplazo de cualquier accesorio o electrodoméstico según sea necesario.
  • Responder proactivamente a las solicitudes de órdenes de trabajo enviadas por los inquilinos de nuestra propiedad y manejar las interacciones con todos los inquilinos de manera profesional y cortés.
  • Mantener la limpieza y apariencia de los terrenos de la propiedad, incluyendo la recolección de basura, remoción de nieve y tareas de jardinería.
  • Realizar inspecciones regulares para identificar posibles problemas e implementar medidas de mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Colaborar con la administración de la propiedad para priorizar las necesidades de mantenimiento y asegurar la mínima interrupción de las operaciones.
  • Mantener registros precisos de las actividades de mantenimiento, incluyendo órdenes de trabajo, manuales de equipos e inventario.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de seguridad y mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro.
  • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional a los residentes manteniendo una actitud positiva y profesional en todo momento.

  • Requisitos para este rol:

  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente; se prefiere certificación técnica o título en un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia comprobada en mantenimiento de instalaciones, con sólido conocimiento de sistemas mecánicos y eléctricos.
  • Capacidad para levantar y cargar hasta 50 libras.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
  • Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y atención al detalle.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de sistemas HVAC.
  • Mentalidad orientada al servicio al cliente con buenas habilidades de comunicación.
  • Se prefiere bilingüe, pero se anima a postularse a aquellos que solo hablen español también.
