Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Project Manager to oversee our painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering superior painting services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage painting projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their painting needs, provide recommendations, and develop project proposals.
  • Coordinate and schedule painting crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and client expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the painting or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
