Customer Experience Clerk - Product Support

South Florida Caterpillar dealer seeking a Customer Experience Clerk to serve as a liaison between the Service Department and the customers. The individual chosen will help in monitoring all phases of the communication process between the service department and the customer.

This position is responsible for proactively contacting customers with a machine in the service shop that is being repaired.

Customers will be updated with current tech availability, machine repair status, as well as information on parts availability issues.

Understand, & update and utilize our customer relationship management system and other dealership customer information-based systems.

Dedication to relevant continuous personal learning and development; openness to participate in related product support projects and assist the department in other ad hoc tasks when needed. Represent the company ethically and professionally. 

Needs to have strong phone and verbal communications skills.

Active listening skills. Proficient computer skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Will maintain thorough records of all conversations in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Modern. Must be a high school graduate.
