Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Equity LifeStyle Properties. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments and deposits, and run reports to ensure office efficiency.
  • Partner with the Property Manager to address inquiries and communicate effectively.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts, and solve problems promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
