We are a boutique kitchen and bath showroom that designs and sells cabinetry to the mid- to high-end market. We believe in taking care of our employees and strive for a positive, supportive work environment.

French's is a dealer for the following cabinetry lines: Koch, Wynnbrooke, Crestwood (of Salina KS), Mouser and Rutt HandCrafted Cabinetry - our luxury cabinet line.

The ideal candidate for this position is a self starter, self managed, and highly motivated.  Sales skills and high end custom cabinet design experience are a must. We expect detailed and accurate design work with a strong drive to close sales. 

Responsibilities include:

* Generate, qualify and close new business

* Field measure jobs and create designs and quotes

* Prepare contract documents, obtain signatures and place online orders

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of college

* 3 years proven track record of selling and designing residential cabinetry

* High proficiency in 2020 design software

* Great organizational and time management skills

* Able to juggle the demands of multiple customers and multiple projects at one time
