For over 30 years, we offer multilingual services to law firms, health care facilities, insurance companies, non-profits, government, Courts, State and Federal agencies, schools, and clients worldwide.

We’re looking for a  Scheduling Specialist Coordinator of Language Services preferably with Legal background to manage all aspects of scheduling assignments from start to finish. Must have excellent written and communication skills. Must have strong attention to detail. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team and managers. Foreign language fluency is NOT required.

This is an in-person/on-site position at our New Hyde Park, NY office.

Health Insurance is not provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering large amount of emails and a large call volume with clients and vendors.
  • Scheduling independent contractor linguists (local and nationwide).
  • Customer Service.
  • Provide support to clients during urgent matters.
  • Confirm scheduled assignments with all the parties and communicate quickly and effectively to address any last minute changes.
  • Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, scheduling clerks and insurance representatives.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with other departments and independently.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must have strong attention to detail and problem solving attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and deadline driven.
  • Ability to multitask 

*Looking for candidates in the Long Island or Queens area.

  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
