We are seeking an exceptional Construction Salesperson/Sales Represenative to join our RollShield team You will receive all of your leads from the company. We pay weekly. All existing salesmen make over $100,000.00 annually. We manufacture, sell and install all hurricane shutters, windows, doors, security shutters and Crimsafe Security, Hurricane screens, sunrooms, screen rooms, retractable solar, bug and hurricane screens. Our top earners make 150-250 k a year. We provide warm local leads Uncapped Commision Monthly bonus and spiffs $2000 Sign On Bonus Multiple divisions (Shutters, Patio, sunroom, windows and doors)
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Follow up and follow through with customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home improvement sales
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
