We are currently expanding our rapidly growing sales team & are looking to hire passionate, hard working, and driven individuals. Our team is cut out to make a difference in the lives of our clients by taking an innovative approach to sustainability  Ideal candidate has a drive to succeed and desire to achieve his or her greatest potential. You'll be trained in how to deliver interactive sales presentations while building an outstanding rapport with each customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect new clients & acquiring new leads in & around the greater Detroit area
  • Professionally canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door and cold-call homes that qualify for solar energy projects 
  • Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar energy solution
  • Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics and participate in continuous training for improvement
  • Set follow up appointments to consult any outstanding customer questions
  • Strategically network and expand your customer base
  • Confidently provide focused customer service
  • Consistent & flexible schedule, Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturdays optional 
  • Flexibility with schedule once 2 week training is completed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Outgoing and self-motivated
  • Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Required to stand or walk for long periods of the day
  • Must have reliable transportation and smart phone to utilize company applications
  • Seek out opportunities for self-development & participating in team training to better understand our services & product knowledge

*All levels of sales experience are encouraged to apply. Some sales & customer service experience is preferred, however full training will be provided regardless of experience. Experienced sales professionals average $130k+ in their first year
