***Hybrid role (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on-site)***

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the establishment and execution of our Global Account Management process and deployment. This role will involve working across five work streams, multiple functions, and global markets to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of our strategic initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Overall Project Coordination and Alignment:
    • Manage and coordinate the execution of five open work streams within the Account Management program.
    • Develop and maintain program schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate stakeholder management planning, risk assessment, and dependency planning.
    • Allocate up to 40% of time to effectively oversee this large and complex project involving multiple functions and stakeholders.
  2. Integration of Practices to the Digital Workspace:
    • Bridge the gap between ongoing project work and deployment into the digital workspace.
    • Conduct horizon mapping, workstream coordination, and scheduling.
    • Ensure seamless integration and alignment of project activities with the digital workspace development.
    • Dedicate approximately 30% of time to this critical aspect of the role.
  3. Market Activation Coordination:
    • Collaborate with eight markets to consult, implement, and refine elements of the Account Management strategy.
    • Ensure adherence to deadlines, schedules, and established processes.
    • Oversee coordination efforts, acknowledging potential overlap with other responsibilities.
    • Invest 30% of time in this area, recognizing the potential for underestimated workload.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in program or project management roles, with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a dynamic global setting.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are highly desirable.
