Tiger Labor and Staffing is seeking an outgoing highly driven Sales Account Manager
Tiger Labor is a local staffing company in Baton Rouge, LA. We have just completed our 10th year of serving the area, our goal is to get our job seekers full-time work at reputable local companies and to provide the most qualified and dependable candidates to our employers.
The posted $45k-$100k pay range refers to base salary plus average commission expected for successful Account Manager that can be achieved after 60 days of employment. More precise pay structure will be discussed at follow-up interview

Our Sales Account Manager is responsible for providing outside sales, job site visits, recruiting, marketing, and quoting for our clients in the communities we service. The salesperson is placed in strategic areas to go door to door helping businesses solve their complex staffing issues.
This role requires a self-starter attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Must have a high sense of urgency, be self motivated.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Drive to assigned business areas to cold call companies door-to-door, dropping off literature and gathering information.
- Prospect and generate leads through these in-person cold call visits
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Conduct telemarketing to prospective clients and set sales appointments
- Analyze sales data and plan routes with management.
- Collaborate with recruiters and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in recruiting to fill the orders obtained
- Customer Site Visits to ensure quality of service
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements along with management
REQUIREMENTS
- One or more years’ of outside sales experience
- Staffing industry knowledge highly preferred.
- Data entry skills
- Must have reliable vehicle to use for sales stops
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven customer service skills
- Work independently and manage workload effectively
- The ability to develop new business relationships and create customer loyalty
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to meet goals and objectives required
Candidate will be required to learn our internal processes and assist with office tasks including, but not limited to: recruiting, onboarding, and clerical tasks as assigned.
