Under the direction of the Sales Manager, Receptionist/CSR will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones, taking messages, filing job tickets and other secretarial duties. Along with converting quotes and occasionally quoting outsourced and in-house jobs. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in running and maintaining copy machines, be proficient with our company MIS and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate person
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Run the Cash Register
    • Balance till Weekly
    • Take payment through -In Store-Over phone payment
    • Generate Invoices to send Links for payment-
