Position: Regional Commercial Roofing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage commercial roofing projects with precision and expertise.

- Handle a variety of roofing applications, including metal roofing, tile roofing, asphalt shingle, TPO, torch-down, and other common roofing systems.

- Responsible for managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects and maintaining profit margins.

- Responsible for growing existing relationships and acquiring new business.

- Precise estimating and ordering of materials for each project.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of multi-family and commercial building applications.

 

Qualifications:

- Minimum eight years of proven experience in commercial roofing.

- Familiarity with various roofing applications, including metal, tile, asphalt shingle, TPO, torch-down, etc.

- Exceptional project management skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Ambitious and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:

- Must have extensive knowledge in a variety of commercial roofing applications, including TPO, modified bitumen, standing and exposed fastener metal, and asphalt shingle.

- Background Check: Candidates must pass a full background screening.

- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.

- Transportation: Must have a reliable source of transportation.
