Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper fora company in Gallatin, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience in QuickBooks, payroll, accounts payable / receivable, Excel and Word.

Benefits Available

Pay: $20 hourly

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Process payroll
- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial data
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, payroll, accounts payable / receivable, Excel and Word
- Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
