Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Support company operations, including but not limited to:

 

·       Ensure staff implement daily work standards and discuss alternative workflow ideas when appropriate.

·       Monitor scheduling and delivery of medications for clinics as needed.

·       Schedule weekly team meetings to address necessary workflow changes, answer team questions, assign team member roles, coordinate for the upcoming week with team.

·       Schedule initial meetings with new offices to discuss the program, coordinate all necessary follow-up meetings and items required for the office to successfully start using the program.

·       Help cover gaps in workflow when coordinators are absent.

·       Assist with medication enrollment processing as needed.

·       Provide weekly revenue reports to CFO team.

·       Participate in weekly patient support programs overview meeting (educate team on trends/ changes in program seen in the prior week).

·       Communicate with Billing team on patients enrolled in the program.

·       Work with tech team on PAP platform.

·       Train new Patient Assistance Program Coordinators.

·       Assist in keeping track of patient assistance physician requests.

·       Attending meetings with pharmaceutical companies.

·       Improve/ revise program structure as needed and address workflow issues.

·       This role requires on-site presence and is not suitable for remote work.

·       Add additional drugs to the program as needed.

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.

·       Experience with patient financial assistance programs

·       Prior medical assistance or administrative experience in a oncology physician office setting preferred

·       Manager experience required.
