We are seeking a skilled On-Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing staff effectively.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of the property's operations, including maintenance, and tenant relations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Supervise maintenance of Park files and records. Especially Resident files.
- Service all resident notices, including legal/eviction
- Be available and on-call after hours, for emergencies, etc.
Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years of property management experience.
- Leadership skills, including interacting with vendors and contractors
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
- Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand spoken English. Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of customer relationship management practices
- Phone etiquette skills for effective communication
Personal vehicle, driver's license, and auto insurance is required for this position.
Housing provided.
