· Proven Experience: With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction project field management, particularly from a subcontractor’s perspective, you understand the ins and outs of concrete construction. You’re not just familiar with the process—you’ve mastered it.
· Project Leadership: You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, juggling various tasks while ensuring everything stays on track. Your experience speaks volumes in managing project costs, timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
· Effective Communication: Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to develop strong relationships with vendors, clients, and team members. You’re comfortable leading diverse teams and can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
· Technical Proficiency: You’re tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Project. Familiarity with construction-specific software like Timberline and PlanSwift is part of your toolkit, making you a valuable asset in any project.
· Safety First: Safety is a non-negotiable for you. Your OSHA 10-hour training reflects your commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for everyone involved.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage with Precision: You’ll oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring they meet financial targets and maintain the highest quality standards.
· Lead with Confidence: You’ll manage crews, coordinate resources, and ensure every project aligns with the contracted scope of work. Your leadership will drive the success of the projects from start to finish.
· Communicate with Clarity: Maintaining professional relationships with clients and ensuring clear, consistent communication will be second nature to you. You’ll be the face of the project, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
· Keep Everything on Track: From scheduling concrete deliveries to tracking material quantities, you’ll ensure every aspect of the project is meticulously managed. Your ability to maintain updated schedules and daily reports will be crucial.
· Foster Relationships: You’ll develop and maintain fair, professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.
· Ensure Quality and Safety: You’ll uphold the highest standards of quality while ensuring a safe work environment for everyone involved.
