Our client has been a leader in the construction industry for over 30 years, delivering high-quality services with a strong focus on church, hospital, and community-oriented projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and vendors, maintaining effective communication and ensuring work aligns with project specifications.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA requirements.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution of the construction plan.
  • Provide regular updates to the project manager and serve as the primary on-site contact for client communications.
  • Resolve any project-related challenges, including schedule delays, material shortages, or design changes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on church, hospital, or community-oriented projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is preferred.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
