From posting positions to negotiating the offers, you will own the entire recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating closely with our internal team to ensure skill and alignment from the candidate perspective.

As the voice for Recruiting on our team, your days will be filled with pre-screening applications, recommending top talent, and facilitating the onboarding process. We need someone that hiring managers and applicants can trust to look past a resume to the person beyond the digital words on the page to see the real person and their true skills and abilities. You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate the hiring of multiple roles. You will employ your skills and success as a recruiter to help us bring the right people to our global teams and help you build your brand.

 

This position will require on-site orientation and meetings but will permit hybrid (Remote and on-site) work after the orientation and training.

Key Responsibilities


  • Meet with managers to discuss their hiring needs and formulate a strategy
  • Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking, etc.
  • Gather resumes from online staffing tools, employee referrals, and networking efforts
  • Pre-screen applications and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
  • Manage interview schedules for all candidates
  • Support hiring teams on the interview process and making good hiring decisions  
  • Document all hiring efforts using appropriate company software
  • Provide regular reports to the hiring manager and identify hiring trends
  • Build a large contact list from which to source new talent
  • Help establish connections with professional organizations and universities
  • Safeguards and upholds the confidentiality and the integrity of the Human Resources Department
  • Conducts regular reviews and audits of all HR documentation and processes to ensure information is accurate
  • Coordinates and administers activities related to new hires, changes, and terminations including, scheduling onboarding sessions, creating, and ensuring accurate and complete personnel files, and following up with hiring managers on outstanding documentation in a timely manner
  • Performs orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires
  • Assists with improving SOC II processes and ensuring overall compliance
  • Assists with internal and external Human Resources inquiries from employees
  • Produces reports on the general HR activity

 

 

Education


  • Minimum of High School diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, related business degree is preferred


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Human Resources is required
  • Proven success as a recruiter
  • Strong technical and customer service acumen
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g., social media recruiting)
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations surrounding employment processes
  • Experience securing talent from a variety of online and in-person sources
  • Firsthand experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
  • Industry hiring experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with recruiting software – we use Bamboo, but others are fine  
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong judgment and reasoning skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
