Human Resource Generalist II

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and will work closely with the HR team and employees within the key areas of UKG, our HRIS, benefits administration, and leave of absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine data input into HRIS to establish and update employee confidential records and benefits information.
  • Respond to inquiries, complaints or problems related to HRIS data.
  • Counsel employees regarding Company's benefit options and programs
  • Maintain personal knowledge of Benefit laws and regulations.
  • Entering benefit-related data into ADP, our computerized human resources information system
  • Providing vendors with appropriate documentation to maintain quality and cost-effective administration.
  • Manage assigned case load from initiation through completion, including providing documentation and follow-up within absence management system.
  • Process benefits direct billing, update employee timesheet coding, maintain employee records (HRIS).
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
