Responsibilities
- Manage a group of sales professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership
- Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for your team
- Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team
- Ensure all team projects and goals are completed on time and on budget
- Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales
- 1-2 yrs of experience in B2B sales
- Previous management and leadership experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales processes
- Routine-driven with a rapid growth mindset
- Self-sufficient with excellent time management skills.
