Job Summary
Acquire Wealth Collective is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our outbound and inbound sales initiatives. Our Sales Managers are more than just sales professionals; they are the vital first impression of our company to prospects, embodying professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and a natural talent for building rapport. They play a pivotal role in our customer experience, driven by a passion for helping clients achieve unparalleled success. Our Sales Managers understand that the sales journey is an artfully crafted experience, designed to leave the customer eager to engage with us.

This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to not just meeting, but exceeding sales targets, while contributing to the overarching goal of empowering clients through our financial services at Acquire Wealth Collective. Responsibilities
  • Manage a group of sales professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership
  • Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for your team
  • Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team
  • Ensure all team projects and goals are completed on time and on budget
  • Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months experience in sales
  • 1-2 yrs of experience in B2B sales
  • Previous management and leadership experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales processes
  • Routine-driven with a rapid growth mindset
  • Self-sufficient with excellent time management skills.
