Job Description:

We are looking for YOU If you are a hard-working, self-motivated, and high-energy individual, we want you to join our team as a Juice Bar Attendant/Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at Freckle's Juice Bar, from preparing delicious drinks to managing daily tasks and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Juice and Smoothie Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer requests. Ensure high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies. Place orders as needed to ensure stock availability and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and assist juice bar attendants in their daily tasks. Provide training and guidance to new staff members. Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar area, including equipment and workspaces. Perform routine cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a balanced cash register and prepare daily sales reports as required.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist in promoting new products and special offers. Engage with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service setting.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
