We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. You will work closely with the management team to lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Train and mentor retail associates to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and security protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and visual displays
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet store needs
- Collaborate with store management to drive business growth and achieve overall objectives
- Provide feedback to management team when conducting performance reviews
- Communicate with Brand partners related to incoming product
- Open/Close the retail store
- Verify cash deposits, assist with research of cash variances
- Participate in Physical inventory
- Assist with day-to-day functions such as cashiering, stocking, and store maintenance
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and data pertaining to the organization, employees, and any proprietary information. Adherence to confidentiality protocol guidelines is essential in this role

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

EXPERIENCE AND WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, with at least 3- years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem
- solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours (open availability, including evenings,weekends and holidays)
- Japanese speaking preferred (not required)

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred, but less formal education with more on-the-job experience may be substituted.
