PRIMARY PURPOSE:


The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in ensuring that we deliver against our high brand standards in the quality of our product and atmosphere within the store. The Supervisor is comfortable taking responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is not present and delegating tasks as needed for business continuity. They understand the importance of customer satisfaction and efficiency, and lead with a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor. This position will report to the Store Manager.

 

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


 Effectively lead service when the Store Manager is not on the floor and/or not at the store.
 Open and close the store in accordance with company standards.
 Ensure all employees are adhering to company drink quality and brand standards through coaching, follow up, and
positive reinforcement.
 Execute a flawless customer experience through effective deployment and sense of urgency throughout the team.
 Create and maintain a professional and balanced relationship with all coworkers.
 Maintain a positive work environment for all employees and customers.
 Support and encourage any training and development for new hires and tenured team members.
 Continuously evaluate and seek to improve self and store through “kaizen” mentality.
 Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitary regulations.
 Ensure a clean working environment is maintained by all team members.
 Ensure proper cash handling if applicable.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


 2+ years of leadership experience, food/beverage experience, customer service and bar service.
 Able to work in fast paced environment.
 Must be able to get to % Arabica locations promptly when scheduled.
 Must be able to work all day parts during hours of operation, weekends, and holidays.
 Able to lift 40lbs.
 Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication skills.
 Adaptable and resilient in a wide variety of circumstances.
