Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: N Dallas/ Richardson Texas

Schedule: M-F (Traditional business hours)

Pay: $35/hr

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement training programs for employees

  • Manage performance appraisal processes

  • Oversee talent management initiatives

  • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts

  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions

  • Utilize ATS and Salesforce systems for HR operations

  • Assist in workforce management activities

  • Knowledge of workers' compensation procedures

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

  • 3-5 Years of Human Resources experience

  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on training, performance, and talent management

  • Proficiency in ATS and Salesforce platforms

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
