Position Overview:
As the General Manager of Tlaolli, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding service, and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. You will be responsible for managing staff, handling inventory and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Direct and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with our goals and standards.
- Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and support restaurant employees to deliver exceptional service.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations.
- Inventory and Budget Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage costs, and monitor financial performance.
- Customer Service Excellence: Enhance the dining experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Team Supervision: Supervise Assistant Managers and para-professional staff, fostering a motivated team environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the restaurant industry with proven leadership skills.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
