Responsibilities:

  • Process accounting activity for a variety of clients
  • Maintain general ledger accounts for clients
  • Preparation of payroll for clients
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual payroll reports
  • Preparation of form 1099 and other government filings
  • Preparation of sales & use tax reporting
  • Interacting and communicating with clients
  • Future Opportunities can include, but not limited to, preparation of income tax returns

​Qualifications:

  • Strong technology skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in QuickBooks desktop and/or QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Knowledge of payroll tax due dates
  • Knowledge of quarterly payroll requirements.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Exceptional client service with the ability to effectively communicate in person, via telephone and in writing
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Overtime hours required in January
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
