  •  EXPERIENCE MANAGING UP TO 6 WORKERS
  • BILINGUAL SPANISH IS PREFFERED
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND RENTALS AND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
  • STRONG P&L MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND WRITTEN SKILLS IS REQUIRED
  • BILINGUAL/SPANISH IS A PLUS
  • HEAVY EQUIPMENT SALES/ RENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
  • EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
  • MUST HAVE STRONG P & L MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • HIRE AND TRAIN STAFF
  • MARKETING COMPANY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY TO ATTRACT NEW CLIENTS
  • FINANCIAL REPORTING EXPERIENCE
  • FLEXIBLE WITH HOURS
  • MONDAY-FRIDAY SOME SATURDAYS (5 Day work week)
