Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities of the Foreman HVAC installer include, but are not limited to:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches or product specifications to determine sequences and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products.
  • Laying out and marking dimensions and reference lines on material to develop and trace patterns of product or parts, or using templates.
  • Shaping metal materials over anvil, block and form, or straighten materials.
  • Welding, soldering, bolting, riveting, screwing, clipping, caulking or bonding component parts to assemble products.
  • Install, repair or replace components on various air conditioner units' chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, mini-splits.
  • Install, alter and repair sheet metal products and equipment ducts and hoods for HVAC systems utilizing blueprints, drawings and work orders.
  • Install, maintain, and repair fan, cabinet, and unit heaters.
  • Install, maintain, and repair gas heating equipment

We are looking for those team members that possess the following traits:

  • Must have commercial/Industrial HVAC installer experience.
  • Experienced in sheet metal installation/fabrication.
  • Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.
  • Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the HVAC trade.
  • Be able to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • The ability to follow instructions from supervision.
