We are growing and seeking a paralegal for our immigration practice

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing labor certification applications
• Preparing non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions
• Preparing employment and family-based AOS applications
• Maintaining status reports and communication with clients
• Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
• Independently managing a caseload in a high-volume environment
• Must have excellent analytical, management, and writing skills with strong attention to detail

Experience/Education:
• College Degree/Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in business immigration (required)
• Minimum of two years immigration paralegal experience (preferred)

Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 Depending on Experience
