We are growing and seeking a paralegal for our immigration practice


Responsibilities include:

·      Preparing labor certification applications

·      Preparing non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions

·      Preparing employment and family-based AOS applications

·      Maintaining status reports and communication with clients

·      Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants

·      Independently managing a caseload in a high-volume environment 

·      Must have excellent analytical, management, and writing skills with strong attention to detail


Experience/Education:

·      College Degree/Paralegal Certificate (preferred)

·      1 year of experience in business immigration (required)

·      Minimum of two years immigration paralegal experience (preferred)

Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 Depending on Experience
