We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our Appointment Setting Department and Sales Team.

Base salary starts at $90,000 plus bonus and commission.

Job Description

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating our studio's status by ensuring an exceptional client experience from the first interaction to the final delivery of our products. We are looking for a leader with a strong background in sales, a knack for resolving client issues, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the studio’s success by ensuring client satisfaction, addressing discrepancies, and managing chargebacks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of both the Appointment Setting Department and the Sales Team, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all aspects.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate studio goals, including but not limited to, increasing bookings, maximizing sales opportunities, and expanding clientele.
- Actively lead, coach, and motivate sales team members, setting performance standards and monitoring progress.
- Handle client discrepancies and concerns with the utmost professionalism, ensuring all issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction and in a manner that upholds the studio’s high standards and reputation.
- Efficiently manage chargebacks, working closely with the finance department to minimize financial loss.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the team.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of sales and appointment setting staff.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.

- Step into the sales role when required.

- Creating and drawing reports to analyze where bookings and sales can improve.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
- Represent the studio at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and acquire new business leads.

Requirements

- Proven track record and experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in a high-volume, high-end environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and discrepancies gracefully.
