LOCATIONS: Kennesaw GA - Hybrid

Pay: $19

Start: ASAP

Hours of Operations:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm. (Mondays & Tuesdays on-site, Wednesdays-Fridays remote)

Training Schedule:

Week 1 of training is remote. Weeks 2 & 3 in the Kennesaw office.
Week 1 through Week 3 – 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch with Trainer
No Time off the First 60 Days due to training

Title: Hybrid Bilingual (Spanish/English)

 

Job Duties

Manage Lender Relationship and assist with incoming calls

Provide coverage updates and proof of Insurance status

Go over Insurance Declaration and coverage

Provide excellent customer service while adhering to goals

Professional communication: written and verbal

Attend Company Meetings and maintain insurance industry knowledge

Data Entry and Excel Reporting
Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

Professional organized and task oriented with the ability to meet deadlines are keys to success in this position

Ability to multitask is essential
Reliable attendance and transportation

Previous experience operating and navigating Excel is a PLUS

Ability to pass Preliminary Basic Computer and Bilingual Assessment

**Must be bilingual Spanish and English**

Preferred previous Surplus Insurance experience
