The Netsuite Administrator combines strong analysis and problem solving skills with business knowledge to support and facilitate the troubleshooting of Netsuite. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes and procedures; proposing appropriate solutions and improvement; ensuring end users are trained on proper utilization of Netsuite

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage and maintain the NetSuite system including user setup, roles, permissions, and configurations, including periodic review and adjustment

  • Analyzes prospective Netsuite workflows and scripts to ensure alignment with business requirements

  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party tools / applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs

  • Create and edit dashboards, saved searches, reports, workflows, KPIs, forms, etc.

  • Create and edit complex searches and reports including distribution to recipients (scheduled, automatic delivery

  • Develop, document, and implement SOPs and guidelines to ensure data integrity and change protocols

  • Perform regular system audits and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency

  • Manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems

  • Provide ongoing training and support to end-users on the NetSuite system

  • Work as primary point of contact for issues related to NetSuite system

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite system updates and best practices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 3-5 years of hands on experience with Netsuite and a deep understanding of its capabilities

  • Experience updating, integrating, and working with a variety of 3rd party Netsuite Models

  • Expertise in designing, building, and testing workflows according to business needs

  • Ability to understand and translate business problems and requirements into viable solutions through changes in processes, procedures, training, and documentation

  • Proven ability to work as a leader on cross-functional teams

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
