**Responsibilities - include but are not limited too.**
- **Learn Elements of Lighting Design and Lighting Controls Design**:

- Engage in ongoing learning and development activities to gain knowledge of lighting design principles and lighting control system design.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to project planning and execution.
- **Produce Budget Estimates**:

- Assist in preparing budget estimates for projects
- **Assist with Shipping and Receiving Samples / Color Chips**:

- Coordinate the shipment and receipt of samples to and from factories, clients and partners.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of shipments.
- **Assist with Sample Inventory**:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure adequate stock levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles or similar positions is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Bluebeam and AutoCAD is advantageous
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Interest in learning about lighting design and related technologies is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
