Busy property management company looking an account manager to join our team.  Position is full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications:

  • Previous property management experience
  • Familiar with landlord/tenant laws
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Familiar with directions in and around Tulare County
  • Ability to understand and explain monthly financial statements

Responsibilities:

  • Posting of rents and payment of property bills
  • Resolve tenant issues and complaints
  • Set up viewings
  • Computer skills
